Note: Incomplete submissions should expect a longer time frame as they will be pended until requested documentation is received.\u00a0 Once student submits all additional required documentation, outcome will be determined within 2-3 weeks from that time.<\/p>\n<p>If your appeal submission is incomplete, you will be sent an email notification to your UCF email account detailing what we are missing.\u00a0 We will also place a SAP Appeal Pending item on the To Do list on your myUCF Student Self Service Center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Examples of why an appeal may be pending:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Missing signatures<\/li>\n<li>No explanation or explanation doesn\u2019t address term(s) in question<\/li>\n<li>No documentation provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note:\u00a0 If pending items are not received within 45 days of initial request the appeal will be cancelled due to inactivity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"tags":[59],"class_list":["post-9194","faq","type-faq","status-publish","hentry","tag-sap-appeal","topic-receiving-aid"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Why is my SAP appeal pending?<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Outcome will be determined and sent to the student via their UCF email address within 2-3 weeks of submission of a complete appeal.
