Students have the option to submit financial aid documents online using the form below. The Document & File Upload offers students the convenience of safely and securely uploading documents to our office for review and processing.<\/p>\n
Documents that require a signature must have HANDWRITTEN signatures. We cannot process a document with a signature that is not handwritten.<\/p>\n
Make sure the file is in PDF, .jpg, .png, .doc, or .docx format.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>
Enter the required fields (i.e. first name, last name, UCFID, Email address and brief description of upload file).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>
Click the \u201cBrowse\u201d button. A new window will open. Locate the appropriate PDF, .doc, or .docx file from your computer to upload. Once you have located the appropriate file, click the \u201cOpen\u201d button.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>
At this time, the file name of the document you uploaded should appear next to the \u201cBrowse\u201d button.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>
Once you have successfully selected your file, review the information on the screen. If all of the information on the screen is accurate, click the \u201cSubmit\u201d button.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ol>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\nDocument & File Upload These guidelines are provided to insure that documents are processed properly. Prior to mailing, faxing, or hand-delivering documents, follow the next for steps:<\/p>\n Verify all documents are clear, legible and complete.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> Use blue or black ink on all correspondence.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> Verify that each paper submitted contains the student\u2019s name and UCFID.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> Verify that the IRS tax transcript\/s are signed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> Documents that require a signature must have HANDWRITTEN signatures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> The Office of Student Financial Assistance does not return submitted documentation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> File name must end with underscore UCFID, example: filename_1234567.xxx<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t
