Students are often required to submit documents in PDF format. Below are instructions for creating PDF files using Android and iOS devices. To reduce the file size of the PDF attachments for Dynamic Forms try using\u00a0 www.adobe.com\/acrobat\/online\/compress-pdf.html.<\/a><\/p>\n

\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\tScan and create a PDF document on Android Device<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Open the Google Drive app .<\/li>\n
  2. In the bottom right, tap Add .<\/li>\n
  3. Tap Scan<\/strong> .<\/li>\n
  4. Take a photo of the document<\/strong> you’d like to scan<\/strong>. Adjust scan<\/strong> area: Tap Crop . Take photo again: Tap Re-scan<\/strong> current page . Scan<\/strong> another page: Tap Add .<\/li>\n
  5. To save the finished document<\/strong>, tap Done<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Merge Multiple PDF Documents on Android Device<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Select a file<\/strong> in the PDF<\/strong> Viewer file<\/strong> browser by long pressing on the cover image of the PDF<\/strong>. This will start the multi-file<\/strong> selection mode.<\/li>\n
    2. Select additional files<\/strong> for merging by tapping them. …<\/li>\n
    3. Once you’re done selecting files<\/strong>, press the merge<\/strong> icon in the multi-file<\/strong> selection bar at the bottom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\tScan and create a PDF document on iPhone and iPad<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Open Notes<\/strong> on your iPhone or iPad.<\/li>\n
      2. Create a new note<\/strong> or tap on an existing one to add a document to it.<\/li>\n
      3. Tap the camera button<\/strong> at the bottom of the screen or above the keyboard.<\/li>\n
      4. Tap Scan Documents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      5. Line up the document<\/strong> you want to scan.<\/li>\n
      6. Tap the shutter button<\/strong> if the scanner doesn’t automatically scan the document. Repeat this step for every document you want to scan.<\/li>\n
      7. Tap Save<\/strong> after you’ve scanned all of the necessary pages. The button will have a count of how many pages you scanned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
