Rhonda Bishop serves as the vice president for People and Workplace Experience for the 海角直播. In her role as the vice president, Bishop is responsible for oversight of the institutional compliance, ethics and enterprise risk management program. Her career in academics spans over 30 years, including 23 years focused on medical research and compliance.

Bishop has successfully built research, compliance and risk programs from the ground up, including meeting the challenges of dealing with high-profile investigations and administering an anonymous employee helpline. She serves as the founding chair of the Florida State 海角直播 System Compliance and Ethics Consortium and was featured on the cover of Compliance & Ethics Professional magazine in 2016. Bishop served as the vice president for enterprise risk management, audit and compliance at the 海角直播 of Louisville before returning to UCF. She has provided guidance and assistance to universities experiencing crisis related to complex compliance and ethical failures, including high- profile NCAA infractions.

Bishop earned her M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth 海角直播, is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society and a Dean鈥檚 Scholar.
