In addition to his role at The Daily Star<\/em>, the largest English-language newspaper in the Middle East, Khouri pens the twice-weekly \u201cA View from the Arab World,\u201d which explores the issues of his native land.<\/p>\n Khouri previously served as editor-in-chief of The Jordan Times. <\/em>He also <\/em>wrote from Amman for other international publications, including The Financial Times<\/em>, The Boston Globe<\/em> and The Washington Post<\/em>.
