Rachael Todd, a spring UCF graduate from Oviedo, won the Miss Florida pageant July 12 in St. Petersburg\u00a0and will go on to compete in the Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas in January.\u00a0Rachael competed as Miss Suncoast, and her platform is “The Changing Face of Homelessness.”<\/p>\n
While at UCF, Rachael served as vice president of the Kappa Delta sorority. She was a Pegasus Silver Medal Scholarship<\/a> winner and was on the Dean’s List.<\/p>\n
