UCF will host Brigham Young 海角直播 at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, in a game that will be nationally televised on ESPN.

Below are some important tips to help everyone on campus experience a safe and enjoyable day.

What classes will be in session on game day?

UCF will continue last season’s policies of conducting classes on the main campus and in the Central Florida Research Park through 3 p.m.

The main campus and university offices in the Research Park will close for normal operations at 3 p.m. in order to allow adequate time for a smooth transition to game day activities. Classes and normal operations at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management and UCF’s regional campuses will also end at 3 p.m.

Faculty members who teach classes that are in progress at 3 p.m. may choose to conduct the portion of their classes that occurs before 3 p.m.

Certain personnel will be required to work past 3 p.m. Please speak with your supervisor about how your area will handle operations after 3 p.m.

UCF will re-open for normal operations, including regular class and activity schedules, at 6 a.m. Friday, Oct. 10.

When will parking lots open for fans?

Most campus parking lots will open for fans at 4 p.m. The E lots (those closest to Bright House Networks Stadium) and Garage F will open at 2 p.m. for fans who have Golden Knights Club or UCF Athletics Association parking passes for those lots.

The open-container waiver that allows alcohol consumption for fans 21 and older will be in effect from 4 p.m. until game start.

Where can students, faculty and staff park on Thursday?

Regular university parking policies will be in effect until 3 p.m.

Students and staff and faculty members who will be staying on campus after 3 p.m. should park in one of the following areas: garages A, B and I, the Libra Garage or lots B5, B6, B9, B12, B13 and H4. Parking is permitted in those areas throughout the day and overnight.

What are UCF’s towing policies on game day?

All unauthorized vehicles (vehicles without designated game day parking permits) in lots B4, B7, C1-C3, D1-D2, all E lots; in Garages C, D, F and H; and on East Plaza Drive are subject to towing beginning at 3 p.m.
