Beloved Universal Studios characters took over\u00a0UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management<\/a> for its\u00a0second annual Universal Day. With a Mardi Gras theme,\u00a0the four-hour career fair, in partnership with Universal\u00a0Destinations & Experiences, provides Rosen College\u00a0students and recent graduates opportunities to network\u00a0with entertainment industry professionals and land\u00a0internships or jobs on the spot.<\/p>\n

During the recruitment\u00a0event, participants also gain insight into epic careers in\u00a0food and beverage, park operations, aquatic attractions\u00a0and more. As the demand for hospitality workers grows\u00a0with industry expansion, Rosen College strives to\u00a0connect neighboring theme park and attraction giants\u00a0to top talent from UCF.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are collaborative events, not\u00a0competitive ones. Students can utilize\u00a0these opportunities to … develop\u00a0interview skills … [and] learn more\u00a0about the industry itself.\u201d<\/p>\n
